Delivery Policy: How Our Delivery Works

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Our friendly delivery staff will prepare your favourite drinks / other supplementary delicacies and get them delivered to you within 20 - 40 minutes the very same day if you place your order before 8:30pm!
All orders made after 9pm must be by phone call & will cost an additional ₦1,000 for us to Deliver the same day to your doorstep or else it will be delivered the next day.
This service is available Monday - Sunday including holidays
Sunday delivery starts by 12 noon


Other POINTS TO NOTE
  • Alcoholic drinks are not delivered outside Sabon Gari. 
  • Alcoholic drinks are delivered only to addresses within Sabon Gari and all other non alcoholic drinks can be delivered outside sabon Gari. 
  • Delivery outside Sabon Gari attract ₦1,200 or above depending on mileage/volume of the order. 
  • Free Delivery is for orders or purchases from ₦3,500 & Above and must be within Sabon Gari. Any Order below ₦3,500 attracts ₦300 flat. 
  • We deliver to anywhere in Kano, even to picnics, Special Events, Parties & Occasions, homes, Guest house and / or even to chalet! We suggest receiving your orders in advance as actual day delivery time depends heavily on outstanding orders, traffic and weather conditions. We Accept Orders 24/7. 
  • In a case of a cancelled orders / delivery, a charge of not less than 10% will be incurred in compensation for administrative costs, product handling and / or mileage.

Legalities
  1. All deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 or above. 
  2. We reserve the rights to request for a valid photo ID to verify age of the recipient. 
  3. We reserve the rights to reject your purchase if you appear intoxicated or physically or verbally abusive to any of our team members. 
  4. We reserve the rights to cancel your order if we are unable to fulfill them for any reasons. (eg, Out of stock, error in pricing etc).

Delivery Timings   
  1. Advanced orders can be placed by ordering through our Facebook page or whatsapp line and selecting your desired date and time for delivery, or by calling our hotline: 08180152029, any day from 6am in the morning - 8.30pm daily. 
  2. All orders after 8:30pm must be by phone call & will cost an additional ₦1,000 for us to Deliver the same day to your doorstep or else it will be delivered the next day. 
  3. Express delivery is subjected to availability. 
  4. During inclement weather, traffic congestion, extremely high call volume or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than expected or may temporarily be unavailable. If any of such circumstance arises, our friendly staff will contact you via your contact number submitted to update you with the relevant details.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY TIME

Making a change to delivery timing is only allowed 4 hours before your confirmed delivery time slot by contacting our customer service hotline to request for a new time slot. Newly requested delivery time slot is subjected to availability.

PAYMENTS AND PROMOTION
 
  • We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, and Vouchers for your convenience! *Currently, our system DO NOT accept Cash on Delivery.
  • All online card payments might incur an additional surcharge from your bank.
  • All discounts or promotions applies to all our products but subject to management decision.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

  1. In a case of a cancelled orders / delivery, a charge of not less than 10% will be incurred in compensation for administrative and handling costs and mileage.
  2. Returns are generally not allowed but subjected to terms and conditions (damage upon delivery, special event consignment, change of mind). Please contact our office directly for more information.

OTHER TERMS & CONDTIONS

  1. All our customers are advised to examine all goods purchased at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately. 
  2. Carton beer(s) Order delivery requires a ₦400 deposit per carton to be placed or the order be paid in full.  
  3. Cancellation of order requires minimally 2 working days due to the logistic arrangement with our main warehouse.
  4. Deposit is fully refundable once all items are returned undamaged.
